Good catch...I'll update the list now...

You may know this, and if you do sowwy - you know I not been around much, but when I have requested songs the last couple of days, I have done a word search: Shark . . . It shows me a list of songs, artists, and albums.

But when I click on one song it takes me to the page that shows all the info about the song, but there is no place to request it there (or I am totally missing it.)

So I have to write down the song title, band, album name so I can go the the letter bar at the top of the page to look up the band from there.

If I am missing the REQUEST button form the page that has the box for lyrics and video, please tell me.

If there is another way to request from the word search page, I'd love to know.

If it is a glitch - well then now YOU know lololol

So - are you saying you'd prefer to not have to click on the song after you search to actually make the request - you'd just like to click a request link from the actual search results? I can see about that...will add it to the to do list

One other thing...How are you searching...The search box on the upper right of all pages, or the search box when you click on the request and dedicate music menu? They are different searches...

Add a Random Request Button for only COVER TUNES! Now, that would make it VERY easy on COVER TUNE MONDAY

Just id'ing all of the cover tunes on this site is going to take some time.

In the meantime, is there a way we can start tagging songs as covers so that when it is implemented there will already be plenty of results? Perhaps using one of the fields already available like Songwriters?

Updated to do list...Can now search by genre and cover song where that data has been updated on our system!

Special thanks to the editors who have been busting ass to fill out our database with videos, lyrics, flagging songs as covers, and assigning albums to genres..

I stumbled upon an odd error..

Both Warrant album "Under The Influence" AND Wildside's album "Under The Influence" have all the songs listed to be written by "Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth/Bobby Gustafson/D.D. Verni", aka Overkill, which ALSO have an album titled "Under The Influence".

OOOPS!!! Someone probably did a "global" tag for the songwriters field on that album title. Needs to be fixed.
