I missed Friday, but caught a bit of Saturday. It's always funny how they show downtown Balto. like Merriweather is right up the street. They obviously have never driven from Balto. to Columbia. It would make more sense to show downtown DC
Stryper sounded amazing. Michael still sings great and they all play great. Only complaint is the set was too short, to the dismay of the band also.
LA Guns. Phil and the boyz sounded great too. Just more proof that they do not need Tracii to kick ass!
Great White sounded ok, but I am still adjusting to Anthony Bianchi (oops, it was Terry Illouson) on vox. He did double time with XYZ. They also sounded "ok".
Bang Tango. Agree, they sounded awful.
Queensryche. Besides the drums sounding a bit "tinity", they sounded great. Geoff is kind of a weird dude, but I think he makes the expressions big so even people in the back can see, That is a good stageman.
I guess Ratt did not have a choice but to be filmed since the lineup's got shifted. Can't imagine why they orginaly did not want to be filmed as I thought they sounded damn good and they had a long set. It's always amazing how many great tunes they have when you hear them back to back, one after another. Of course crap rock radio only plays Round and Round or maybe Way Cool Jr now and them.
I caught a few blips here and there of the others, but not enough to pull judgement. Bummed I missed Enuff and Loundness....
