HR80s Labor Day 50

All,
With the help of many members and staff, HR80s is set to do the first annual Labor Day 50. This special show will air the top user rated songs on HR80s. Your votes decided the top 50 songs, and we'll play them for you!
But being the guys we are, we aren't doing a typical top 50 radio show - our Members are actually announcing songs throughout the marathon. You get to hear the voices of the day crew, staff, and others!
Tune in as this mini marathon will run on the following times:
Sunday 8/31 1am and 1pm station time (Central Time US)
Monday 9/1 10am station time (Central Time US)
Thursday 9/4 10am station time (Central Time US)
Be sure to tune in and hear the day crew, dj's and staff spin the top 50 user ranked songs. The show will kick ass! Special Thanks to Turbo for the idea and to eRadio for the promos and John OBrien of MLR for assembling the show. Thanks to the many users and staff who also recorded their segments. Tune in and rock out. I hope you enjoy it!

Our streaming server went down this evening and appears to still be down. I've called and emailed the ISP, but it may be tomorrow morning before the station is back up. I apologize for the issues....

Labor Day Top 50 Marathon of Listener Favorites

We've had song ratings available for some time, and then Turbo came up with a great idea...
Why not do a top 50 show based on our listener's ratings. So basically, all subscribers can log on, rate songs, and the top 50 will be played over Labor Day weekend!
Time is getting tight, so we need to move quick. I urge all subscribers to rate the songs as they see fit. As of this weekend, we will take the final list and compile it.
Now here's where we're going to try to make it even more interesting. Our subscribers can actually announce the songs they like! If you are a subscriber, you can announce songs as part of this HR80s.com first annual event!
Once we finalize the list of songs, those who wish to announce their favorites will be given a first come first serve chance to do so. It'll be VERY easy to announce songs (as simple as making a phone call and leaving a message
This is a great time to take over the station and get YOUR favorite HR80s songs played. Maybe even you can be the DJ!

Hi Guys,
I'm really sorry to those that use the 128k stream but it's being really flaky and we're trying to get it resolved. Please bear with us. You might try the 56k stream if it doesn't improve in the next 10 minutes. We'll keep you posted here.
